Meet Duncan Lou Who, the two-legged boxer

Duncan Lou Who, a 2-legged boxer puppy from Panda Paws Rescue in Vancouver, Washington, goes to the beach for the first time.

Duncan was born with severely deformed rear legs that had to be removed. He has a wheel chair, but can't stand to use it. So we let him be free and just walk on his two legs. There is some slow motion in this video, but NONE of the video has been sped up, this gives you an idea of how fast Duncan really it.

Base jumpers jump off the One World Trade Center

Back in September 2013, three men, later identified as James Brady, Andrew Rossig and Marko Markovich, clandestinely climbed on top of the One World Trade Center aka the Freedom Tower during the night, where they BASE jumped off from. According to NY Post, the daredevils turned themselves in last Monday.

GraphTV is one of biologist/programmer Kevin Wu's web projects, that creates interactive charts for TV shows, based on their ratings.

Graph TV is a visualization tool which graphs tv show ratings by episode. Each season is assigned a different color and linear regressions are calculated for each season as well as for the entire series. Police helmetcam footage of suspect getting shot

The Albuquerque Police Department have released the helmetcam footage of one of their officers fatally shooting a homeless camper last Sunday, claiming the actions were justified.

From KRQE:

Boyd was arguing with police for more three hours last Sunday in the foothills after officers went to talk to him about illegally camping in open space.

"I'm almost going to kill you right now. Don't give me another directive. Don't attempt to give me, the Department of Defense, another directive," said Boyd at the beginning of the incident.

[...]

At the beginning of incident, Boyd can be heard saying, "In a private world, if you were down at a bar or a bus stop, I would have the right to kill you right now because you're trying to take me over. Don't get stupid with me!"

Video shows Boyd then began grabbing bags and attempted to leave when officers started their use of non-lethal force.

As Boyd is moving, officers then threw a flash bang and released a K9 which appears to bite Boyd in the hand. Chief Eden said officers also used a taser gun and bean bag rounds. Two officers, Dominque Perez and Keith Sandy then both fired three bullets each from their department issued rifles, causing Boyd to fall to the ground.

It's unclear how many shots hit Boyd. APD says it is waiting on a report from the Office of the Medical Investigator to determine an exact cause of death.
