It's no joke. It's happening in L.A. where they came to the conclusion that buying weed from a vending machine is safer than from a drug dealer.
Well, they don't actually look like in the picture above, but they are real.
To use them, you need to have a doctor's prescription first, and then you are given to use a credit card that contains the information on your medical condition and prescription. Watch the video:
