African children drinking water

Tuesday, August 19, 2008

Two Sudanese boys drink with specially fitted plastic tubes provided by the Carter Center to guard against the water-borne larvae which are responsible for guinea worm disease.
Funny how one of them is wearing chains and the other one an iPod (or something) and they can't get a decent bottle of water.

How funny would it be if it was indeed an iPod.. :p
How would they charge it?

Probably after this picture they put their pimpclothes back on, get in their hummer and head over to their mansion..

When you take a closer look, it turns out, that the white cable is actually the robe which holds the tube.

So probally no pimpin cloth.

The white cable is holding the tube and the "chain" is probably some stringy necklace that has been crafted by his tribe.

But yeah, chains and ipod, woo! ..
