As part of their Star Wars 10 series, StarWars.com counts down their top ten picks for the best sidekick characters in the franchise.
In this installment of the StarWars.com 10, we’re picking the top 10 Star Wars sidekicks, from daring droids to plucky pilots -- but no Jedi or Sith apprentices. We figure, if you’re strong with the Force, you don’t want to be called a sidekick. For this list, we're focusing on sidekicks from the Star Wars films, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, and Star Wars Rebels, ranking them on personality, loyalty, and impact.
