If falsely accused means, that they were reported, it means 2% and if we presume that it means accused as face trial: 10%.

How do you know how many were falsely accused and convicted?

I am sure most of the rapists jailed will say they are innocent

Falsely accused could possibly involve men whose accusation was trumped by a DNA test or some other obvious evidence (such as the young men who didn't even have fraternity party the night the girl claimed they gang raped her).

This data was pulled out of a deep, dark corner of someone's butt, and then further twisted into making an patently false assertions. This info-graphic is so far from the truth, it would be hilarious if it wasn't so irresponsible. I mean, all it takes to see how much b.s. is involved in this is just reading the studies referenced to make this image. The article about the rate of those "falsely accused" is referenced in a particularly misleading and false manner. Whoever came up with this graphic based on the data that they cited is either a) ignoring, including, and twisting what data was chosen for this graphic with the sole purpose of fitting a pre-existing conclusion, you know, the opposite of science and statistics; or b) suffers from some form of medium to mild retardation or other debilitating mental handicap. They must be either an ideologically driven liar or retarded. and if given the choice, I'd sooner be friends with someone who was accused of rape than I would the moron who is responsible for this lie.
