Kids get a cat the cute way

Dan Urbano, a father of two from Newton, Mass., got so tired of his two kids' - 7-year-old Remi and 1-year-old Evelyn - demands to get a cat, that he dared them to make a plea on Facebook, in the hope that it would get them nowhere.

So Remi's mother Marisa posted the photo seen above on her Facebook page, with the following caption:

Dan thinks there is NO way we can do this. I say there is. Help us out. We really want a cat named Hairy Pawturrr. If you can't like, shares. Shares count too! Thanks so much everyone!!

By now, less than a week later, the photo has amassed 123,000+ likes.

In the meantime, Hairietta L. Pawturr (L. being for "liked"), seen below, has become a new member of their family over the weekend.
