That's pretty gross. I was working on a house the other day and I came across this bathroom (http://www.duallservices.com/uncategorized/the-nastiest-bathroom-of-all-time). The filth wasn't due to a backup, though. Instead, the homeowner had not paid his utilities for some time, and instead used the tub. I cleaned it all by hand.
