Have you ever considered, that this is a fake? Right from the begining, that camera starts to move to the right, slowly, and from 0:30 you cannot see the right side of the train. I think ppl jumped on the train on the other side...
I wish it was a fake, but seriously this is how it is. This is not some prank video. This is how peoples travel to work in some regions of Poland.

In Buenos Aires people go literally on the roof of the train, and it's quite common by now..
