Romania, fuck yeah!

Building this bridge in Bucharest has come to a halt last week when the Chinese contractor company realized all of a sudden that the power lines were in the way.

They just now noticed?

Oops...

You'd think the civil engineers would of checked for obstructions in building.

Epic oversight. Although fixable.

Ever been to China? If you have, then you understand this mentality all too well.

In Witchita Falls, TX, they finishd building a curving highway bridge, then the inspector realized they had banked it the wrong way - it was banking to the outside of the curve. Took them another year to tear it down and rebuild it.

Epic Fail:
That aren't powerlines it's a railroad

there's a place in South Africa where they had to stop building a bridge cos they ran outof money. now they're earning loads from advertising with it.

They don't take down power lines for large construction projects like thins until they are rerouted or until the last possible minute. There's nothing at all unusual about this photo

Anonymous said...

They should just put a ramp on both sides :D

EPIC JUUUUUUUMP just to get to the city O.o

like the other guy said...those are railroad tracks, not power lines. look at the bottom, you can see the tracks.

Damn, that's got to be a shock...

It isn't shopped, I KNOW that place, and the thing is that it's a big problem now that the bridge isn't getting built on time, Bucharest has had many traffic problems.

"those are railroad tracks, not power lines."

Do you not see the black wires running through the middle of the picture?

Anonymous said...

Dude those ARE railroad tracks, the power lines are simply the overhead wires for electric trains.
