Seems like the german army "Bundeswehr". The beer in front is a german brand: "Öttinger Pils", one of the cheapest and ugliest beer available here. Poor guy - the beer in the back is a tasty Becks.
Compared to the better German beers, Becks is a mix of piss fabricated by a huge foreign company.
Compared to Öttinger my piss is pure gold!
