If a thirteen year old girl tried to cut themselves there is a high risk of a) infection, b) cutting into an artery, or worse a vein or c) cutting through nerves which come to the suface particularly near the joints. Cut that and you will have something to be sorry for, mainly the paralysis in your limb due to it.
Also, just buy a stress ball, start exercising, pull a hair out of ur eyebrow or something. I used to be in a bad place, i'm fine now..
